Mission Development Ministries

Mission Development Ministries has worked for the past twenty-seven years with small ministries and social organizations.  We have worked in all six New England states and several states in the Appalachian Region.  Our primary focus in recent years has been in the Appalachian Region of Kentucky.   Many of these ministries have a lack of resources and manpower but they have a great amount of compassion and desire to serve others who are in need in their communities.  We help to meet their needs by donating food, clothes, building materials etc.  We are recognized by the IRS as a 501 c 3 organization and all gifts are tax deductible.  We are solely a faith-based ministry that depends on the gifts of others.

 

In the summer months, we recruit volunteers to serve on mission teams to help conduct summer day camps with children in the Appalachian Region of Kentucky.  We also recruit volunteers to do construction projects alongside.  We encourage families to participate.

 

In December of each year, we coordinate Christmas parties for children in the Appalachian Region.  We recruit volunteers for the mission team and collect new toys and gifts for the children and adults.  We host events in several locations in Eastern/Central Kentucky.
